Jalan Hang Lekiu Shophouses Conservation & Adaptive Reuse

Located in the heart of downtown Kuala Lumpur and in the same block as the Jalan Tun Perak shophouses, this project involves the conservation of seven traditional shophouse units built in a 1900s late eclectic style, as well as a multi-storied building constructed in a 1930’s art deco style.
